ՀՀ ՌԱԶՄԱԿԱՆ ԿՐԹՈՒԹՅԱՆ ՀԻՄՆԱՀԱՐՑԵՐԸ ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԿԵՐՊԱՓՈԽՄԱՆ ՀԱՄԱՏԵՔՍՏՈՒՄ

Հոդվածում քննության են ենթարկվել արևմտյան ռազմակրթական դպրոցների ավանդույթները, ներկայացվել են ծագման շարժառիթները, կերպափոխությունները, հաջողությունների հիմնական գրավականները։
Զուգահեռներ են անցկացվել եվրոպական առաջադեմ երկրների և ամերիկյան ռազմակրթական համակարգի հետ՝ վեր հանելով առանաձնահատկությունները։ Առանձնահատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձված ԱՄՆ սպայակազմի և Կոնգրեսի միջև երկարամյա պայքարին Սառը պատերազմի տարիներին։ Շարունակելով շարադրանքը՝ մեկնաբանվում են մերօրյա ռազմական գործողությունների պարադոքսները՝ սպայակազմի կրթական մակարդակի և ծրագրերի հետ կապված։
Հիմնվելով վեր հանված արդյունքների վրա՝ հեղինակը քննարկում է ՀՀ ռազմական կրթության հիմնահարցերը ՀՀ ԶՈՒ կերպափոխման հայեցակարգի համատեքստում։ նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների և սպառազինության ձեռքբերման հետ մեկտեղ կարևորվում են բազմակողմանի զարգացած և կրթված սպայական կազմի պատրաստումը՝ հիմնված միջգիտակարգային ռազմական գիտության, ոչ շաբլոնային ու միատեսակ ռազմարվեստի և ճկուն ու ադապտիվ կրթական ծրագրերի վրա։
