Հոդվածում ներկայացնում ենք Մաշտոցյան Մատենադարանում պահվող Հմր 349 Աստվածաշնչում զետեղված Հովհաննու Հայտնության գրքի նկարազարդումները: Ձեռագիրը գրվել է 1686 թ. Նահապետ Ուրֆայեցի գրչի կողմից: Աստվածաշնչի նկարազարդումների հեղինակն է Կոստանդնուպոլսի մանրանկարչական դպրոցի հայտնի մանրանկարիչ Մարկոս Պատկերահանը: Աստվածաշունչը արժեքավոր է իր շքեղ պատկերազարդմամբ, որի բաղկացուցիչ մասն են կազմում Հովհաննու Հայտնության գրքի նկարազարդումները, քանի որ մինչ ԺԷ. դարը հայ ձեռագրարվեստում գրեթե չենք հանդիպում Հայտնության նկարազարդումներ: Հոդվածը միտված է արվեստաբանական քննության ենթարկել Մարկոս Պատկերահանի ՄՄ 349 Աստվածաշնչի Հովհաննու Հայտնության մանրանկարների պատկերագրությունը, խորհրդաբանությունը, ոճը, առանձնացնել դրանց բնորոշ գծերը, փորձել գտնել այդ մանրանկարների նախօրինակները1:
