Competence-based education is not only an issue of educational policy reform but also a significant social challenge. For its effective implementation, a comprehensive approach is required, including the improvement of the educational environment, flexibility in curricula, enhancement of pedagogical staff training, and raising public awareness.
Collaboration between the public and private sectors, the application of international experience, and the integration of information technologies can contribute to improving the effectiveness of inclusive education. The development of specialized educational methods, the enhancement of pedagogical training, and increased funding will play a crucial role in strengthening this system.
To overcome the challenges of competence-based education, governments must provide political and financial support, develop inclusive education methods, and create conditions that ensure full-fledged learning for all children. Only this approach can ensure the proper adaptation of the educational system to the demands of the 21st century.
