Abstract

If we complete our ideology and the integrity of our steps, we have created an educational environment with wide possibilities in the school territory and outside the territory, to use all the material, technical and pedagogical resources of the school, to create equal and accessible conditions and opportunities for self-development and self-realization of students.

In the functional environment we have created, the teacher and pedagogue no longer play the role of instructor, they are guides, designers and moderators of the educational environment. The comfortable educational environment that we have created contributes to the maintenance of the social and psychological health of each student, ensuring his employment at school and the multi-disciplinary development of the student, regardless of his capabilities, abilities and talent.

Our educational environment is the best resource center for socialization, where human relations are constructive, team-oriented and proactive.

We educate and shape the learner: self-expression in social relations,

 

  • participation in social relations and coping with competition
  • Self-confidence, ability to fight
  • realization of expectations from the environment, relationships, formation of abilities to influence people, attract their attention, tolerate and overcome,
  • in combination with attachment to the environment, forming the presence of qualities to act freely, to think independently and to observe relationships soberly;

After all, a person is a social being and has the opportunity to personally define his own place and role in that same society, according to the goals and desires he has set. With our guided activities, students are given "wings of flight" with which they can fly and achieve their own goals.

All adults try to leave children a good world, we want to leave the world good children.
