Abstract

Karine Khodikyan-modern prose writer, dramatist, publicist, translator, chief editor of the newspaper “Grakan Tert” (“Literary Newspaper”) has repeatedly addressed the problems of the modern Armenian literature, culture, art, and, of course, the political and national (emigration, genocide) problems which were raised from one year to the next in a number of her editorial materials and articles on culture. In recent years, especially from 2018 to 2024, these articles were published mainly in the different issues of the newspaper “Grakan Tert”, in accordance with the imperatives of the time and political situation of the country.

This article presents and analyzes all the writings of the publicist Khodikyan, written during the period under review, concerning political, national, ecological, cultural and other themes, which are of debatable and aspectual nature as well as touch current problems and contemporary events that trouble people of our days. These articles are part of K. Khodikyan’s works and they complete literary and artistic portrait of the writer.
